Download Visual Modeler  4.0

Latest release: Version 4.0 build 1, built on July 8, 2008.
Available platforms: Microsoft Windows (Vista/XP/2000), Linux, and 64-bit Linux. MacOS X version is to be released in the 4th quarter of 2008.

A fully functional evaluation copy is available for free download. The registration form below is not required. You must accept the License Agreement to proceed to download. The evaluation copy is fully functional with all the features. The printouts and the exported images produced by the evaluation copy will contain a water mark.

After purchasing a commercial or academic licesnce, you will receive a full license via email. You will be able to upgrade the software using the license. No reinstallation of the software is necessary. After updating the license, the water mark on the printouts and the exported images will be removed.

Privacy Policy

We do not share any infomation about our customers with any third party, except when required by law and only with legitimate authorities. All information provided by our customers will be kept strictly private. We will not disclose or sell any information provided by you without your consent.

1. DEFINITIONS. "Software" means the identified above in binary
   form, any other machine readable materials (including, but not
   limited to, libraries, source files, data files, and any user 
   manuals), any updates or error corrections provided by Aesthetic 
   Software Inc. under this Agreement. 

2. LICENSE TO USE. Subject to the terms and conditions of this
   Agreement, Aesthetic Software Inc. grants you a non-exclusive, 
   non-transferable, limited license without license fees to reproduce 
   and use internally Software complete and unmodified.

3. RESTRICTIONS. Software is confidential and copyrighted. Title
   to Software and all associated intellectual property rights is
   retained by Aesthetic Software Inc. You may not modify, decompile,
   or reverse engineer Software.  Licensee acknowledges that Licensed
   Software is not designed or intended for use in the design,
   construction, operation or maintenance of any nuclear facility.
   Aesthetic Software, Inc. disclaims any express or implied warranty
   of fitness for such uses. 

4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY.  THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ``AS IS.'' 
   ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS AND
   WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY,
   FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT ARE
   DISCLAIMED.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.  IN NO EVENT WILL AESTHETIC SOFTWARE 
   INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST REVENUE, PROFIT OR DATA, OR FOR SPECIAL, 
   INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, HOWEVER 
   CAUSED REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING OUT OF OR 
   RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE SOFTWARE.

6. TERMINATION.  This Agreement is effective until terminated.
   You may terminate this Agreement at any time by destroying all
   copies of Software.  This Agreement will terminate immediately
   without notice from Aesthetic Software Inc. if you fail to 
   comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon Termination, 
   you must destroy all copies of Software.

7. GOVERNING LAW.  Any action related to this Agreement will be
   governed by Illinois law and controlling U.S. federal law.  No
   choice of law rules of any jurisdiction will apply.
